What this website collects
The forms collect the adult’s name, email address, organisation, role and the information they choose to share. Early-access requests may include city, sport and club size. Privacy requests include the requested action. Please do not submit children’s names, medical records, identity documents or payment information.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry details to respond, assess pilot fit and handle privacy requests. We do not use these forms to create athlete profiles or register children. We do not sell form submissions or use them for advertising. No marketing subscription is created by submitting an inquiry.
Where information goes
This website is hosted on Vercel, with a server function and private Vercel Blob storage for form submissions. Marketing form storage is not represented as Canada-only, and processing may occur outside Canada. Our planned Canadian-residency commitment concerns the future club application’s database and files, not this marketing website.
Cookies and external resources
This site uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded videos. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives a network request that can include your IP address and browser details. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed by the hosting providers. No newsletter service is connected.
Retention and your choices
A final retention schedule is being prepared before public onboarding. Until then, request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion through the data request form. We may ask for proportionate verification before taking action. Some records may need to be retained to resolve a request or meet an applicable requirement.
Your requests and contact
Use the data request form to reach the PlayAllSeason team about personal information. The legal operator, privacy officer’s named contact and postal address are still to be finalised before a public launch. Request acknowledgements confirm storage, not completion of the requested action.
Product privacy commitments
The application plan includes guardian-controlled sharing, versioned consent, revocable athlete passport access, free exports and Canadian storage for Canadian club records. These are planned features. The final service-provider register, residency boundaries and retention terms will be published before clubs are onboarded.
