Start with the family journey
Write down what a parent needs to do, from choosing a programme to seeing a confirmed registration. Keep each step clear and explain what happens next.
Agree on the exceptions
Decide who handles waitlists, discounts, refunds and split households before registration opens. Record the rules where the next volunteer can find them.
Test with a fresh pair of eyes
Ask an adult volunteer who did not build the form to try it using sample data. Check confirmation messages, payment wording and the contact path.
